Jonathons 2.0, is just as good as the 1st. Newer and more up to date. Great place for brunch!

I love coming her for their chicken and waffles! To me it is the best I have and so far in Dallas and other food options are great too ! If I rating on food alone it would be a perfect 5 stars ! But I have to give 3 because of the service. I waited 15 mins at the front, behind other guest that were already there before me (I can just imagine how long they have been waiting) and there wasn’t a host in sight. I waiting another 10 mins (still not host) until chairs freed up at the bar and ran over and sat myself immediately. After 5 mins we were asked if we were waiting for a table and we said we wanted to get on the list for a table and we got a response “perfect “ , we weren’t asked how many or our name . Jonathan please up your game on the customer service !

Good food. Unfriendly staff. Not kid friendly. Too many "rules" that seem to get made up. You can't park in certain spots - which look just like all the other spots and aren't labelled as anything special - they will come get you at your table and ask you to move your car. Won't seat incomplete parties even if restaurant is otherwise empty. Toddlers can't get out of their chairs even if they aren't disturbing anyone. Don't get up to tend to your baby or they will bus your stuff (without asking the folks with you) and move your personal belongings to your chair (so you can't just sit back down). Parents, just drive on by.

Went to this place on a Sunday for brunch and it was pretty crowded. The location is fairly small although I overheard a few other guests say it's much bigger than the other location. After about 50 minutes, we got seated (party of 6).
Once the food came out it looked fantastic but it tasted just okay. Luckily my girlfriend's meal was free because the bartender dropped a hot plate of chicken and waffles on her lap. We might have caught them on a bad day but the food wasn't worth the wait.
