Worst service. They weren't welcoming in a way that is expected of a restaurant. Our drinks did not arrive to our table within what I would consider a reasonable time especially considering that food service was slow and they don't give some sort of bread/chips during the wait. After about an hour wait we went back to the kitchen to ask for our food to be served in to-go boxes. The order was wrong (we ordered the sope platter and where only given one) They said we'd only be charged for one then. Of course though we were not and due to time we didn't stay back to argue for a couple of bucks.

While there we saw some patrons leave the restaurants and even saw the waitress accidentally drop a plate of food which unfortunately the person had already been waiting for for more than an hour.

There are a lot of factors that can affect service, but the way that these situations were handled by staff just showed that they aren't functioning as a well established restaurant.

Best Food !!! Me and my perents have been knowing this place for over 13 years and it has never failed ....the food is great the service is good and not to mention the entertainment They have Kareoke anybody can join they are super friendly....you feel at home ...i absolutely love their huilotas and mole its super great ....you should deffenetly try it out 💕
