Good food at reasonable prices. Quick service. Clean and nice enough.

I ordered a chicken sandwich which was not bad. The party was obviously frozen and fried, it was not very large but the sandwich was dressed well. The fries are what you would get from a typical greasy spoon. The venue isn't anything special to look at and is tucked away down a side road. The process are amazingly cheap though. I would possibly try again but world probably try the fried rice (crazy menu! See pictures!)

This is the type of place where the working man goes to get a quick bite of some good ol' American food at a nice price. And by nice prices, I'd say they are very nice. When I went last year I got a chicken fried steak sandwich with fries and a drink for $6.50 after tax. So essentially you are getting fast food prices for made to order food. Nothing you order will wow you as the greatest thing you've ever had. That is not what this place is about. This place delivers classic favorites tasting just as you remember the last time you had them.
Thus far I've had the double cheeseburger and the chicken fried steak sandwiches. Both hit the spot. In fact, the double cheeseburger tasted better and was bigger than I expected. Sure, it's not going to win any awards for best burger of Dallas but it is a step up from fast food burgers and is well prepared. The fries are pretty typical of a place like this and I approve. The only thing I didn't like were the cheese sticks. Too fried for my taste...ehhh, maybe in my old age I don't like cheese sticks anymore but I'd recommend a pass on them especially since they are one of the most expensive items on the menu ($2.69 lol).
I plan to return for some of their Mexican food as well as their Chicken Fried Rice which appears to be their lone Asian dish (the owner operators are a nice Asian couple). I can tell from the menu pictures that the Mexican food is not authentic. As I posted earlier, this is a place where workers find AMERICAN food. In other words they offer crunchy tacos which look similar to what you get at Dairy Queen. That's not necessarily a bad thing though as long as you know what you are getting when you order it.

Today was my first time trying this place. The owner was extremely nice and the food was prepared as I requested. My problem was that quality of the food.
Since this was my first time visiting, I thought I'd try a burger. The burger patty was a processed patty (like you would buy in the cheap section of the grocery store), the buns were hard and cold and the veggies were not very fresh.
The prices were affordable, but I don't think I'll make another trip back there any time soon.
