The whole staff needs an attitude adjustment. Especially the old, loud mouth black lady. Every time I walk in that staff is cussing people out or being very short with them. FLAT OUT RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Complaining to management or the owners will do nothing because they Don't care as you can see by the other reviews. Crackheads are part of the ambience outside...AWLAYS BEGGING. Instead of the Staff cussing the crackheads out in front of customers, they should pay them to pick up the trash in the VERY VERY SMALL parking lot. I guess they think because their food is good that, that gives them the right to talk to people any kind of way. And the chicken was undercooked and the BBQ sauce is really watery. Now l try to support local black business but not like this.....DO BETTER. This establishment should take notes from Snappy's Catfish located down the street. Friendly service with nice decor....YEAH I SAID IT!!!!!!

The person taking my order desperately needs a customer relation class. The sauce on ribs was to watery. I ate 2 ribs the rest went in the waste basket. I travel all over the country and definitely have had better.

When anyone mentions bbq and dont mention Odoms I school em and they always end up loyal customers after. Sauce is like no other!
