Unfortunately, this lovely place is closing after 33 years. So very glad I got to try it!
The food was excellent! We started off with shrimp, calamari, and tuna. Ambitious, perhaps, but all so great.
For the main course, I had sea bass. It was good, but I've had better. My friend loved her filet.
Dessert was shared PB pie and key lime pie pieces. Though honestly, the entire list was tempting.
The service was amazing!

I cannot believe that they are closing this Palm after 33 years. As a transplanted New Yorker, I am heart-broken.
With absolutely no offense to Texas and their steaks, there is something different about the New York steakhouse experience that The Palm delivers, and The Palm does it in spades around the world.
Choosing where I live in Dallas, the proximity to The Palm was in the top three reasons I chose my current apartment. I have grieved for the Palm San Juan, and The Palm One. Now I will cry for The Palm Dallas.
The food and the service remain the same. I have never seen a management, and a staff, so dedicated to ensuring that the excellence for which they have become famous remain the same till the end.
The meat is always perfect, the family-size servings are truly for more than two people, the quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impeccable.
If you have never been to a New York steakhouse, and want to set a level of expectation to be matched, make the pilgrimage to The Palm Dallas.
Walk around, look at the caricatures, take pictures of those you know, and sit down to one of the best New York steakhouse dining experiences you will encounter outside of the "212".
I know they will re-open in the Dallas area soon, and I will be there!

Just recently hosted a couples dinner at The Palm/Dallas and AS USUAL, it was over the top great. From the Maple Applewood bacon appetizer to the lobster, steaks and amazing carrot cake! What an experience! Plus, you're always greeted with a smile and exceptional service. We'll be back. Soon!

We just had a wonderful dinner at Palm Dallas. Sammy was our server and Lauren was our hostess, excellent service, the food was amazing. The staff made us feel like we were cherished friends coming back for a lovely meal. Thank you Sammy and Lauren, you both did an outstanding job tonight. They were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and specials of the evening. The meal presentation was a work of art, and the flight of Ports were incredible! We will be back soon!

The Palm is one of the places that my spouse and I go for our special date nights. Classy. Great wine list. Outstanding food.
Been there a dozen times or more over the years and have never been disappointed. Prepare your bank account though as it isn't cheap... but you do get what you pay for.
Superb staff. Excellent food. Wonderful atmosphere.
