24min wait time. Went to check on it they had it sitting in the back while the cook was talking about personal life. Finally got my food then it was already time for me to go back to work. The fries are dry and bland. The burger was dry also. I would rather eat at a McDonalds then this places and i hate McDonalds. But on a side note the girl working the front was trying her best, just needs the rest of the crew to step up.... Also just got sick from eating here. So. . .

It's purely okay. no mayo or ketchup.. mustard only on burgers and 'food service' grade sides. Far too expensive for what you get. Gourmet burger price and old school ordinary burger price. Tasted a lot like a Whataburger, but with a half pound hand made patty. Plain Burger, 6 onion rings and small ice tea cost $11.

Pappy's is a great place to get some southern comfort food along with some of the best burgers in the area. If you're looking for fancy, look elsewhere. If you're looking for where folks with blue collar roots go to grab a bite to eat and take a load off for a few, you are in luck. I always seem to gravitate to the meatloaf and some collard greens. No fancy dining room or table service, but great food at an affordable rate.

Love the food. The patty melt is my absolute favorite and they have cherry Coke at the fountain. However, this place has one major flaw that puts me off from going regularly -- the older short haired woman that often works the register. I know it's a family business and family gets recruited to work in the business BUT if it's that much of a struggle for you to be polite at the very least, you have no business working in a restaurant. Thus the 1 star rating. I really do love this place, the photos of vintage cars on the wall and the old country music always playing it's awesome but ugh that lady...

The burgers here are decent, though pricey, and service is fantastic. I spent nearly $12 for a burger side and drink. The burger reminded me of Five Guys, it was not bad at all. The fried okra could have cooked a little longer but that's just me being picky. The desert options looked amazing, though i had to pass to save my girlish figure. The owners were in house and were very friendly and courteous. That is something you definitely don't see very often these days.
