I had bought a voucher from Funkey Deals for a one hour hot stone massage, and after reading the previous review online, I was super nervous about the company. However, when I called them, they answered on the second ring, booked my appointment with flexibility in days and times, and never called to move or cancel my appointment. DCT is located on the 8th floor of an older downtown Dallas building, very basic, nothing fancy, just looks like a small office with a few rooms. I was looking for a great massage, not visual appeal, so it was fine with me. The massage therapist was very good, and she actually works at Aveda's Hiatus Spa in Park Cities, which is one of the most highly rated spas in Dallas. She only works at DCT on her days off. If you just want a good massage for a good price and do not need anything fancy, this place is worth it!

To anyone who doesnt want to waste their time or money, don't bother with this place. I called them to schedule an appointment in the winter for 2 hot stone massages for my boyfriend and I, I had bought a voucher on living social a few months prior. I left a message, and they never returned my call, I got a message a week later. No apology, just the receptionist saying she was calling me back to schedule my apt...Why bother at that point. Well I still had the vouchers, so I tried again last week. The receptionist could not get me in that day, so I asked her the best day and time this next week and she gave me a date and time. Then she said what voucher will you be using...I never said anything about a voucher. So that right there tells me the only appointments they ever get for massage are their groupon or living social deals. I had to use the vouchers tho, so we scheduled the appointments and adjusted our schedules for that day accordingly. They were to be for noon today...I got a phone call last night from the receptioninst confirming our appointments for today, which we totally planned on going. This morning at 9am, I recieved....get this....A FREAKING TEXT MESSAGE from them telling me their therapists would not be in today and they'd have to do it another day....truth be known, they prob don't even have two spots to do massage in their facility. Granted, I never went to their place of business, I did enough dealing with them over the phone and TEXT to know this unprofessional place is somewhere I'd never want to give my money to or anyone else I can save, for that matter. Poor poor poorly ran business, only a matter of time before this place goes down. I called living social and they refunded my money immediately. Glad I never have to interact with them again...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
