My sister, mom and I had HORRIBLE service at this place. Back in March I purchased a spa package for the 3 of us. When I called to set up appointments the woman making appointments named Amber or Amanda (whatever) said that they only had one person would would take our appointments and she would only do it on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Even though the cards I purchased said there were appointments available Tues - Fri and "limited appointments available on Saturdays". When I heard that I asked to speak to a manager and Amber/Amanda told me she was. She explained to me that the owner of the salon apparently bought into this program and didn't tell them about it so they changed the rules up. Regardless, I could understand that and told Amber/Amanda that I was willing to work with them but that we couldn't do only Wednesdays/Thursdays because we all work full time during the week and that is not what I agreed to when I purchased the packages. A week before my first appointment I got a call from the salon telling me that the person they scheduled my haircut with was actually not going to be there and they asked me to reschedule to a later time. I agreed even though it was going to mess up my plans for that day. For our next appointment I called the night before to confirm my appointments and I got a call back after that to tell me that the person they had scheduled my mom's haircut with wasn't going to be there again! So they asked me to push that appointment back again, I agreed again. On our next appointment I got stuck in traffic because of weather and a bad accident on the highway on the way there with my mom so I called the salon to let them know I would be a bit late. They told me they wouldn't give me my appointment even though I was only a few minutes away and I wouldn't even be more than 10 minutes late at that point! I showed up anyway and the lady who was scheduled to do my mom's manicure reluctantly said she would go ahead and take the appointment. The woman sitting at the front desk rudely said to me "y'all aren't allowed to be late again, she won't take you again" as if I were a child she was scolding. I explained to her we were stuck in traffic but she proceeded to be rude and back talk me while doing her makeup at that front desk which I find VERY unprofessional. My sister was supposed to have an appointment the following day so I asked the woman at the front what time that appointment was for, she took a look at the calendar and told me my sister wasn't scheduled at all the following day. I explained to her my sister called a couple weeks prior and they had agreed to schedule her for a haircut and manicure the following day. My sister even got the text confirmation from the spa while I was asking her about it. My sister sent me a screenshot of the text confirmation which I showed to her but she proceeded to do her makeup while berating me and telling me my sister didn't have an appointment although we know she did! My sister then tried to call to try to clear the issue up herself but of course, the lady at the front desk was too busy still doing her makeup to pick up the phone. I was texting my sister the whole time she was trying to call while watching the girl at the front desk ignore the phone to finish doing her makeup then she walked away and I didn't see her the rest of the time I was there. I was supposed to have a facial after my mom and the manicurist came out to ask me if I was supposed to have an appointment because I wasn't on the schedule. I just paid for my mom's service and decided not to continue trying to deal with this any more. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional place of business in my life. To recap, I purchased spa packages for this salon and they randomly decided to change the terms written on the cards, they rescheduled or canceled every single one of my appointments because of their error and refused to correct the problem at all after trying to be as understanding and flexible as possible. In regards to the response, the cards have nothing to do with how I was treated.

This is the WORST SPA that we have heard of by far, and we want our money back! I think we are being scammed! Customer service is so terrible! They sold us an introductory package but did not inform us that the services will be very limited. We were informed by the front desk that we can only book for Wed or Thurs, and that we cannot enjoy the spa at the same time with a friend because only 1 staff is doing all of the services (how is that possible?)

This snotty place has TERRIBLE customer service. The person booking appointments is VERY disorganized, puts you on hold for a long time and gets it disconnected. I got a text and email confirmation, but when I went on time for my appointment - they said it's not on their system, even if I replied to confirm. And there was NO APOLOGY whatsoever from that woman for her inability to organize and coordinate, and having me drive there for 20 mins. NO APOLOGY, and she was acting like it's the system's fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

Haircut by Erin G. She did a fantastic job. She's a joy to be around. Great customer service. Beautiful and clean salon.

I love this place! The atmosphere and location is great. They lovely lady at the front desk is very welcoming and personable. I highly suggest Lisa for your services! She did a great job on my hair. Wash/Cut/Blowout in less than 45min! Left feeling fabulous! Thank you Lisa and the rest of the staff at DeNovo Salon! See you next week for my massage and facial :)
