If you're considering laser hair removal, definitely do it here! My tolerance for pain has always been nonexistent so you can imagine how terrified I was, but the staff here make you feel super comfortable & they're all complete sweethearts as well. I've been going here for a couple of months now & I've NEVER had any complaints. Ideal Image is very pricey, but I've definitely gotten what I've paid for & couldn't be any more happy.

Ideal Image has been wonderful! The staff are so knowledgeable and professional. I have been having PicoSure treatments approximately every 8 weeks for over a year now. On my last visit I was extremely anxious about the amount of pain involved with the procedure and I was feeling unsure if I was going to be able to continue returning for future treatments as the pain is unimaginable. As I was checking in and explaining my concern/anxiety to the ladies in the front, Rosemary, began telling me about a service she provides outside of work, to women who try to deliver their babies naturally that helps them to take their focus off of their pain. She said she would come into the treatment room with me if I liked and try and help me through the pain during my treatment. She is incredible!! I cannot praise her enough for helping me to get through my appointment and what usually took 20+ minutes took less than 5 because I was able to focus on working with her instead of on the pain from the laser. For anyone getting treatments with PicoSure, I cannot praise her enough! If you're going or considering going to Ideal Image in Dallas for your PicoSure treatments this may make all the difference in the world for you too. The price for services are competitive and the staff are amazing. :)

This is the best place ever! I am just starting my laser treatment, and I am so happy I decided to go here. They are pricey, but the results, staff and overall experience is what you pay for. The staff is so welcoming, and they are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Ideal Image!

The staff is amazing .. I had to be out of here quick to make it to a doctor's appointment and all the staff made it there mission to make it happen and I made it just in time
