Run away! I have always had great experiences with extensions from other artists in the past, and knew my wedding would be a great occasion to get them again. I picked this place based on their great reviews and friendly service when I called to book.
However, I knew something was wrong the moment I walked in. The bed was stained and looked like no one had washed the towels in a week. The artist assured me she had two years of experience but everytime she glued a lash and I flinched, she blamed me for being too sensitive. Her demenour was pretty obvious she did not want to be there. She complained of being tired, then made no conversation and grunted in response to my small talk. All of this I could excuse if she had done a good job, but I opened my eyes to see a lash line that stopped before the edge of my eye (which they tried to tell me was normal but is certainly not), with lashes that were much darker and heavier than I had requested. All week of my wedding I winced in pain everytime I sneezed, crinkled my eyes in a laugh, or someone got near my face. The first day of my honeymoon I spent almost two hours with a kind technician in New York who removed them after much trouble since the glue was directly on my skin and was shocked by what a terrible job the Lash Rx tech had done. She pointed out how the extensions were glued to clumps of lashs, how this is the kind of butchery that gives extensions a bad name and makes real lashes fall out. I rarely write reviews, but after one of the most important weeks of my life was affected by this terrible place, I feel i must caution others from the same. What a shame since Dallas has so many talented artists. Go anywhere else.

“Out of all the schools that I called to look for the best school to invest in, this school really stood out! They were very friendly, polite and really put their love into their students! I went to this school off faith and I’m glad I did it! I was able to accomplish something and get to meet great people! My experience was welcoming and very professional. I received hands on and one on one individual training through out the class sessions. The team of ladies were very knowledgeable in the craft that they teach. I've learned so much from them. Their open door policy is the best. Even though I've completed my training I'm able to have refreshers at anytime. They encourage you ask questions if your not completely comfortable or come in any they will walk you through the process. I have recommended people to attend the training classes at Lash Rx. Best decision I every made was to attend my training there. Gotta love the Lash Rx team.

I had an amazing experience. I was nervous at first but Ms. Francine was very informative and made sure I was comfortable. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Very nice atmosphere with diverse music which was soothing. The owner was very professional with a wonderful sense of humor which made this a fun experience as well. Kori was sweet and extremely helpful and even went to add change to the parking meter for me :) And on top of all that, my eyebrows are on fleek Lol. I'll definitely be back.

I had the best experience, love the results and the entire staff is professional and fun! It's easy to see why they are so happy since the owner has fun too!

I'm recommending to everyone! I went from short lashes to pretty and natural looking lashes in about an hour! It went fast and I read stories about how long other places take!

Love my results! My new place to go to refill and for anyone wanting extensions!
