The staff was friendly and accommodating. The massage and facial threpist were patient, competent, and professional. If you know how to be good to others, they will know how to be good to you. So,if you want a great experience, you have to arrive with the right attitude and a friendly frame of mind.

Worst massage I've ever had! First off the lotion she was using was so cold, through out the massage she was using what were suppose to be warm towels but those were cold I'm not sure if she forgot to turn on her towel warmer or if they weren't left in there long enough but they were cold. The massage itself was mediocre at best. She started massaging one side of my body then moved to the other side she never went down the middle of my back or down my spine. I specifically asked her to focus on my lower back you can't do that if you are only working on one side at a time it was basically just her massaging my love handles lol. The facility is suppose to be very nice and high class but you have to change into your robe in a bathroom stall I've never had to do that at any other high class spa. Definitely never going back.

Looks like a nice spa. However the woman working the desk was rude and acted like I was wasting her time. I am pretty sure at high class salons you need to have excellent customer service and be polite. She seemed annoyed I was asking questions about the service and immediately was like I only have two spots tomorrow.Nobody asked her what she had available so obviously she wanted me know there was no spot for me. I was going to spend a nice dollar in there but w that unclassy woman working-definitely not. If she hates her job she should quit and let someone do it right. Not to mention I take my friends w me and post of my amazing spa services. Oh and her representing Omni makes the company look bad. I have memberships to massage envy, Hand and stone massage and also go Mokara Spa at the Mandalay and they s*** on her service. By the way,she was blond,old and trashy,not the kind of person you want representing a beautiful spa. Just saying! Oh and I am letting corporate know and I let the manager know how terrible taste she was. If you want good service go to Omni Mandalay and spend your hundreds there, that is what I will continue to do. Your loss!

Made an appointment 2 days prior to the appointment and was notified the day of the appointment, approximately 2 hours before the appointment that they needed to reschedule... Poor business practice. Otherwise looks like a nice place.
