I walked out of the spa last night with an amazing look, like I just had plastic surgery. My complexion is looking younger thanks to the expert caring of James Hall. He not only treats my skin with expertise, he gives the best shoulder, neck and scalp massages.

People are very kind and services are always fantastic! Seriously one of the best massages in Dallas! Nick and Lisa are both amazing, but I am sure everyone else is as well! :)

I took my sister here as a gift for being my Maid of Honor. I got her a $135 gift card for a 50 minute wellness massage, which actually ended up being a 30 minute massage. We both walked in at the same time for our massages, but she was done about 20 minutes before me and mine ran exactly 50 minutes. I asked the receptionist and she even agreed that Lauren (sister) was waiting for a good while before I was done, and apologized for the short time and said the massage therapist had more appointments. Lauren had already given the $135 gift card to the receptionist before I had a chance to ask about what happened. I feel like this was a huge waste of money and a total ripoff. I told the receptionist I was not comfortable paying for a 30 minute massage, when it was supposed to be 50 minutes. She said it was too late to compensate us, and she could give me a discount on my next visit, but that was the best she could do. Why would I want to come back? I then asked to speak to a manager, which there was not one there at the spa, and then she could not get a hold of anyone on the phone either. She finally got a hold of someone through the computer? Poor customer service on the management part. After all that, I was given 20 dollars off of my massage that day, but that was the best they could do. Although I really enjoyed my prenatal massage, I would not come back here due to the poor customer service. I typically go to V-Spa at Hilton Anatole (highly recommend), but wanted to try somewhere new with my sister, when I should have just stuck to my normal go-to spot.
