Gorgeous site! Currently.under slight renovation, which was unexpected. I'm here for a wedding for which I am part of the bridal party.

I attended a wedding at the Hotel Crescent Court on a Friday evening. The place is beautiful and in the heart of downtown. I wish I was staying the night! But it was a bit pricey. The wedding was held on their courtyard, which is nicely situated to accommodate the wedding, though hard to see the wedding party, depending on where you sat. For the cocktail hour, there's a big outdoor covered terrace to hang out. The dinner was amazing-- the options were steak and steak. The only reason I have this four stars are things they can't really change so I hesitated a little in even docking stars... The location of the hotel is close enough to Dallas Love that the ceremony kept getting interrupted by planes flying overhead and making a bunch of noise. Like, it was loud. And it was the same way during the cocktail hour. Also, for the reception, there are big columns in the ballroom so if you were unfortunate enough to sit behind them, you really couldn't see what was happening (affects probably fewer than a dozen people).

This Hotel has been a time honored establishment in Uptown Dallas for years. I have frequented this Hotel on enumerable occasions in the past because of its convenient location. The major issue is that the staff and facility is cold, dry, and rather pretentious. It has an air of being stale and uninviting. It doesn't seem to have developed a sense of being inspiring nor an intriguing experience these days. Stale might be the best descriptive but could easily be improved with the right management insight and still maintain its refined stature. Loosen up guys. even those of us that expect 5 star quality in an edifice, would like more personality to accompany the tangibles.

Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly, and the food was great! The shower head was pretty unique; water pressure was excellent. They are in the midst of remodeling (I didn't have a remodeled floor), but kept the construction noise at a very reasonable level, unlike most hotels undergoing construction. The amenities are plentiful and well kept. Can't wait to come back when the remodeling is finished!

Great gym and has a great selection of machines. Spa was very accessible from the gym. The spa was great, the spa staff are very helpful in showing you around; helping you get situated and relaxed in no time. Overall very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed building too!
