Horrible bus. Had to put up with the smell of bathroom all the way back from Mexico to Dallas. When asked. They never cleaned it up.

This has been one of the worst experience I have ever had with transportation!
I was supposed to leave Mexico Thursday night and be back to Texas Friday morning. Instead I ended up leaving Friday night and having to pay extra.
There is no room on the bus, no water to flush the toilet so it smells, and on the way to the board the bus stopped 3 times behind mechanical issues, and to top it off they lost my 2 piece's of luggage behind being un- organization! And all they could say I'm sorry with over $1000 worth of clothes and jewelry in there! If I could give this a - star I would. I do not recommend anyone take this especially not bus number 56!

Worst buses mine was crashed and sold me a ticket to durango durango when i needed to go to cuencame durango and to top it all off no place that i can go to go back to my home in dallas worst bus company omex the better choice by far no button to give 0 stars

Horrible experience! I traveled with them for the holidays the driver was in a bad mood and was rude to the passengers. When I made it to my destination my luggage was missing, no one could give me an explanation. The office said that it wasn't their responsibility (yet they took responsibility when they put it on their bus! When I went to make a claim their general manager was not helpful and even suggested I give up looking for my things! They ruined my trip because I had to come straight back because I had none of my things. It was just poorly handled, and I'm still waiting for compensation for my things. I will not be using them again.
