I was traveling from Arizona with my Chihuahua, who has a broken foot. I needed to visit a vet because my Chi needed a new weekly splint. After researching vets, I chose Katy Trail because all of the excellent reviews. I experienced first hand why there are so many incredible reviews. ALL of the staff is compassionate and kind. Despite my dog being a one-time patient, they treated me fairly and with respect. Dr. Johnson and her staff took such good care of my boy, and I was thrilled with the outcome. They gave my Chi a super fun Dallas Cowboys splint. I recommend this vet to anyone in the Dallas area. They worked with my local vet to obtain records and even sent our visit notes back to them. I left our visit feeling great because we were so well taken care of. A HUGE thanks to Katy Trail for making the trip easier on this overprotective dog mom.

Great service, friendly sensitive staff. I have brought my pup here twice and would not hesitate to bring him in the future. Their pricing is on par with their competition but their service and facilities are much much better. Their record keeping is awesome, one time I was at the groomers and they didn't want to take my pup without showing he was up to date on shots. While there I called them and they emailed my dog's records to me right away.Cannot recommend them enough.

I have taken all my pets to KTAH for the past ten and a half years. The have consistently shown the most professional, progressive and caring service to both my dogs and cats.

Dr. Colleen and Dr. Mandy are the most committed and caring veterinary physicians I have known over my own lifetime of animal rescue and care.

It is a great thing that they also nurture the next generation of professionals in the veterinary medicine field. The daughter of friends of mine has been inspired to move on from vet tech to veterinary school because of their inspiration.

I unhesitatingly recommend Katy Trail Animal Hospital to every caring pet owner.

They also have great "pet-centric" art and design in their office!
