Love the idea, but my nephews project looked pretty bad, actually. This is the second time we've gone and both times the machines have messed up. It's a fun idea, but it's a tad bit disappointing for all the failures. My son's cookie cutter was pretty cool. The coffee is pretty good.

Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff who were patient with my kids. We had a blast and will be back.

We went for our 4th anniversary and it was great. It was our first timer and we did not too shabby on our love tester. I would love to come back and make more projects. The atmosphere was very lax and inviting. Props to Proto BuildBar!

Really fun environment to explore diy electronics, 3d printing, and have some good coffee! I would recommend getting a kit, as the work station time is free when you buy a kit. The staff are very helpful, and willing to teach skills like soldering to beginners. This would be a great place to bring kids who are excited about science!

Best nerd cave ever! My 6 year old daughter wanted to build something, and the staff helped her pick a cool model and answered all of her questions about the printers. I highly recommend this place to anyone even curious about electronics and new technology or even just a coffee or drink and hanging out.
