From the church itself to the Pastor, wedding coordinator and organist; the First Lutheran Church on W. First St. in downtown Dayton is a marvelous place for a wedding. We can't thank them enough for an absolutely wonderful experience. They only do one wedding a month so you have to plan pretty far ahead but I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a perfect venue for their wedding ceremony. Now, that said; I've not been a regular member of a church since I was a kid and can't honestly say I've even thought about it. But these wonderful people, particularly due to the relaxed and comfortable demeanor of Pastor Bob actually have me thinking about it without ever having made any effort or suggestion of it at all.
