I went in for a cleaning as a new patient after not going in 5 years, they weren't warm and welcoming to start, they took a lot of x-rays and werent gentle at all, Dr. Caitlin identified 2 cavities just from looking at my teeth, I'm not even sure she looked at my X-rays and the receptionist proceeded to give me pricing on the fillings and schedule me for an appointment. I chose to cancel said appointment and go to another dentist to fill them where I was told that it's just a mild discoloration from having braces, there is no decay and therefore don't need treatment.
