I recommend NOBODY going here I don't see how there still opened I went recently for my root canal & they saying I got 5 cavities which I knew wasn't true I take good care of my teeth so I had went to get a second opinion else where they said I don't have any cavities..Dixie dental don't care about there patients they just there to take your money. So I start thinking if I really had any cavities in the first place because they once had put 4 fillings in my mouth awhile back so i figured then I had cavities since I hadn't been in 8 months. I wonder if there is a way you can tell rather I had cavities in the beginning or not.

Samantha McKinley, that's EXACTLY what happened to me. Always had great teeth, tech saw "A Shadow". They did the root canal on me, it still hurts but didn't before. Carrying enough mercury instead of the healthy tooth that was in my mouth. "Dentist" who prepared it used a freakin tool that was the same thing that the nail salons use . I'm thankful that I finally have dental insurance, and they are nothing more than a medicaid dump, they are quite generous with nitrous oxide. If you are able, don't put yourself through this.

Long wait times. Joke of a practice, unclean, unprofessional doesn't do procedures correctly. Their idea of surgery is ripping a tooth out of your mouth instead of cutting your gums and doing it the proper way. They lie to patients to cover their own mistakes and assume everyone is dumb. They outright lie about standard operating practices. This place is simply in business for government insurance money and doesn't care about your health or well being. STAY AWAY. If this is the only dentist you can go to. You're better off pulling your own tooth with a pair of pliers. It'll do less damage then they will.

This place is horrible! Went & got 2 teeth pulled, one on each side of my mouth & once I got home I realized they had forgot some of the tooth so I called to let them know & while on the phone they were very rude & tried to make it seem like I didn't know what i was talking about even tho it's in my mouth & I could clearly see the tooth they forgot. So I came back the next day to Get it removed & they tried to remove it without numbing me also tried to make me take more x-rays even tho I jus did the day before & my gums were so sore. I then asked them to be careful that I was in pain & they were so rude about it all. Told me to take tylenol for the pain & sent me on my way. This place sucks, only came here cause my insurance & will NOT be coming back. The staff is horrible, the office isn't very clean & the wait time is ridiculous. Now I'm in so much pain & can't eat anything & there is nothing they will do for me. DO NOT GO HERE, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME & THEY MESS YOUR MOUTH UP!!

My experience here was horrible. I didn't get seen until 2 hours after my appointment time. There were at least 50 people in the waiting room at all times. The staff is rude. There is no privacy when you get brought back to the back and the dentist didn't seem to care that I was in pain he was more concerned with getting my tooth out. I got one of my wisdom teeth removed because he couldn't do the others. I never imagined my face being this swollen and sore. I have had teeth removed before and it was nothing like the experience I had here.
