I have been going to Dayton Family Patrice for 50+ years back when Dr George Denka started his practice on Patterson Rd and then to the current location before his passing. :(
His son Dr David Denka joined his staff at their current location on Smithville Rd so I ended seeing him a few times. Couldn't get an appointment with him because of being out of the office so I ended up seeing Dr Nanda and then continued to see him afterwards because he was easy to talk with.
Today I called to get an appointment w/ Dr Nanda but he is out of the office this week. This has happened a couple of times in the past but I don't care to see any of the other doctors there.
Since it has been 2 years since I have had the need to see a doctor but now it isn't so easy to get an appointment. I was told I can call every morning when he gets back at 7:30 to see if I can get an appointment that day. I think it is time to move on well I know it is time to move on now.
Nothing against Dr Nanda but Dayton Family Practice isn't what it use to be.

Patients 4-5 years now. Never had issue getting an appointment asap, never waited longer than 10 min. in waiting room. Dr. Denka has been fantastic with my entire family and truly listens to our concerns and expectations. Have had appointments with other DFP doctors over the years, and have always had a great experience. Very highly recommend DFP and always a positive experience.

Hello, I had an appointment with new Doctor Danka and everything went well, besides test results coming back 3-4 days later than he anticipated. However, he is not my main docotor but I scheduled for a follow-up appointment with him. This is because Nanda, my main doctor, didn't have anything available for a few weeks and I'm leaving the state in a couple days for six months. I missed the first follow up appointment because I over slept, so I called and rescheduled for the next day. The appointment is two days before I leave and I get a call the morning of the appointment saying that Danka doesn't want to see me and to schedule with Nanda. Not only is the issue for the appointment important to be seen for, but this completely screwed me with time. Now I'm going to have to find a doctor where I will be traveling to. Dayton Family Practice, I'm disappointed.

We made an appointment to see Dr. Nanda last Tuesday, December 13th. When I was on the phone with the receptionist, they stated that they had an appointment available for next Thursday. I took that to mean the 22nd. I said "great" and scheduled the appointment. On 12/20 we received a $25 bill for "missing an appointment". We called to explain the situation and they told us that it wasn't their fault we didn't get the dates right. It's not the ideal situation, but I understand that people make mistakes whether it was me who assumed that "next Thursday" meant the Thursday of the following week or that the receptionist was unclear. Things happen, I understand. We asked to schedule another appointment and was told "Per Doctor's request, you are no longer welcome here." WOW, really? I would never recommend this Doctor or facility to anyone. We'll be happy to take our business to take our business to someone that respects and actually cares for the well-being of their patients.

They were my family doctors my entire life. Wasn't able to be seen for a couple years due to lack of insurance and now they refuse to see me. I am severe anxiety and issues trusting people and have issues finding doctors due to that. I only trust them and they refuse to see me anymore due to something they're calling non compliance years after I had seen them. I asked how it was possible and got a very vague answer. Extremely disappointed in how they treat past patients. Would rate zero stars if I could.
