I think they hire anyone to work the office. They can't be health care providers. No one knows whats going on so they make it up as they go. The nurses upstairs are mean to patients and I mean MEAN. Its ridiculous. I really don't even want to give them one star. They don't deserve it.

This place is a scam most of the staff is on drugs especially Tonya the manager up stairs and most on the patients are related to her. They docs talk about all the patients business and they still use paper charts so they can remove the patients info just in case they get audited or have to go to court.

The DR's and nurses are very good, but the staff is absolutely the worst group of people ever assembled in one building, they wait for you to do there job, they can not simply fax a prescription

- The facility is dirty and appears rather run-down. You'd think they'd endeavor to keep the place looking somewhat clean.
- The nurses working the front desk are among the most disrespectful and unprofessional I've ever had to deal with. They had the gall to talk over me while I was trying to make an appointment. They lost my chart, and made me sit in the waiting room for upwards of 3 hours while they looked for it, and asked me for my pharmacy's information TWICE before finally getting something figured out - and they never have found my chart. I wonder if they're even looking for it anymore.
- My doctor is only available 2~3 days out of the week, and I'm afraid to make an appointment with her during the week because I've come to expect that I won't even be seen within the hour. I can arrive promptly and still be forced to wait 2 hours before I'm seen, with only the excuse that she's "running behind."
Don't give these people your business. They clearly don't value their patients as much as they should.

I received a phone call from a gentleman that was very concerned about his Mother and her depression. She was dealing with many issues including the loss of her son. She had just moved to town to be near her older son and needed to see a dr. She went to one and they dismissed her depression and anxiety, that had been clearly noted in her medical records she had with her. I gave him the number to Wellness Card and they immediately got his Mother in with Sheila Dunn and raved about the treatment and professionalism of the staff and how thankful they were for Ms. Sheila who made her feel more comfortable then she had in months.
