Way better then the one on Wilmington pike... They actually care. Been coughing since January , no one could help with the cough... till I saw Sarah at this urgent care. Just went there yesterday and cough is already practically gone. Won't go to a different urgent care again. So much better!

This place is a joke. After waiting 2 hours with a broken foot, I asked the receptionist if I could go for a quick smoke. I wasn't outside 5 minutes and when I came back in they skipped me and took 2 guys who had been there less than 30 minutes. I don't need a speech in how smoking is bad. All I can say is the receptionist should not have told me I could go or she could have told me they would skip me. I will never ever come back to this place

WARNING: Do not come here just for xrays (for example if you have an MRI next door and need additional xrays). You will be charged for an URGENT CARE VISIT no matter what they tell you at the front desk, even if you receive NO MEDICAL CARE. I talked with the office staff and no one cares that they mislead you. They will lie to cover up that they gave you false information. Very irritating when you try to be an informed consumer and ask questions ahead of time. By the time you get the bill, it's too late.

Checked online to make sure that they were open. I got there as quickly as I could since my mother in law had a broken shoulder. I got there at 6:55 and they close at 7. Doors unlocked. They told me that they were closed... It doesn't make sense to say you are open when you aren't actually open. There could have been better service.

The doctor and nurses were amazing. The receptionist on the other hand had a bad attitude. She sent my prescription to a pharmacy an hour away and it took over 16 hours to get it corrected. We had to go back in to get it fixes and they didn't call in the prescription correctly. We had to wait for the pharmacist to call them to correct it. Instead of telling us the pharmacist called. They waited to say anything until we asked. Knowing we were waiting there the receptionist said, "Oh yeah, the pharmacist called half an hour ago."
So was pretty happy with the nurses and doctor. Not thrilled with the receptionist at all...
