My husband was in a horrible motorcycle accident and after the hospital he was admitted to health South of Dayton. Most of the staff was real polite and done a great job with him. The doctors was very judgemental and argumentive with him. The "sitters most of them was very good with him but there was a few incidences that I am not happy about.

This is poorest excuse for a physical therapy hospital I've ever seen. They are lazy and when something happens to a patient they lie to their family. Things come up missing and no one cares. If something happens they "investigate" themselves and I'm sure you can imagine what final lie looks like. They will over medicate your family member and therapy is a joke. I would not my dog to this place.

My mother received excellent care. Doctors and nurses not only took excellent care of her, they worked to correct some problems with her meds, and they did an excellent job of communicating with family. They followed up after she was discharged and made arrangements for home health care once she was home as well. I've never seen ANY place that cared for their patients as well as they did for my Mom.

My husband is here now and has been for a week. People are nice. Place is clean. Rehab is great! Agree that food is less than good.

My father got pneumonia and bed sores during his visit. The physical therapy is good. The medical care is terrible and the food is absolutely appalling. We thought inpatient rehabilitation would be better than a nursing home...not really. They stick you in a wheelchair and forget about you for the day. When they discovered the bedsores, they did absolutely nothing to treat them...no bandaging...nothing. 2 months later and he is still trying to get rid of them. Avoid this place.
