After six weeks of doing Crossfit @ Crossfit Involve, I have to say it is one of the best investments or things I have done for myself in the last 10 years. I am a good bit overweight and a bit out of shape. Crossfit has been fantastic in allowing me to improve my fitness level, gain lean muscle and build endurance.
The first workout is always unbelievably difficult, however it gets much easier! Colin does an extraordinary job of helping scale workouts so that you can grow while at the same time making them doable. It's jaw-dropping how physically different you feel in just the first two weeks.
I initially chose this crossfit box out of proximity to my home. If I ever had to move however I would drive out of my way to come here. I cannot recommend this location enough!

I arrived for the 530am class and had a warm welcome. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. CFI box was stocked with all the best Crossfit tools and our coach was so encouraging especially for 530am.
I would highly recommend CFI if you are in Dayton.
