I love Panera. It's my favorite restaurant if i need something quick and healthy. That being said, this is the worst Panera I've ever visited. First time I went there with my sister and they messed up both of our orders. Nothing serious and we were in a rush so I didn't say anything. Thought I'd give them a second chance some months later. Placed a rapid pickup order and was very disappointed to get it home and see that it was missing half of the listed ingredients. It was basically lettuce and chicken. Called the 800 number on the package and they said the manager should call me to make it right. No call. It's worth the time to drive to Kettering's Panera at town & country . I've never had a bad experience there.

The atmosphere is good. Food is pricey and heavy on carbs. The only reason I am not rating it higher is because of the poor coffee. I have never found coffee kept in those thermos flasks to be any good. They are only marginally better than vending machines.

The girl who helped me choose the 2 smoothies I wanted today was very sweet. She was nice, personable and very helpful. Good experience.

First time in along time that I've eaten at this location..very slow service and the soup was old and cold!! Nasty.. the sandwich I ordered wasn't all that either..bacon burnt and Avocado wasn't ripe! Come on y'all can do better..
