I ordered Philly cheese steak pizza from airway road location,wen I got home I opened the box it was horrible it looked like a cheese only pizza .there was no steak at all on it like three or four lil pieces.never again will I order a pizza from airway Rd store in Dayton Ohio now I know why the buy one get one was offered ,they skimp on the toppings and u end up eating all dough and cheese.never again and I'm passing the word.

If I could give a negative star I would! We ordered a pizza and after one bite had to spit out because an employee sprayed something on it that smelled like cheap Axe spray! We called and they refunded our money but someone should be held accountable for this matter!

I ordered a lot from this location.... I ordered items that wasn't brought with my order and both pizza's was cold and tough to eat... I have been calling the store for10 min as soon as the driver dropped it off no answer I then called the 877 number was on hold for 15 min I have had problems multiple times with this location disappearing employees bad service bad food I would of rated lower but you can only do one star I asked for a refund she said72 hrs and since its Friday I won't get it till Wed I would recommend everyone not to order from this location they lost a long time customer I'll be ordering from domino from now on.......very sad cause in general I really liked their pizza......

Worst experience. I guess they hire drug addicts. Ordered a pizza from this store, the woman who took my order had needle marks all over her hands ( unfortunately she was the one who was making the pizzas too). I waited for my pizza and as i overlooked while she prepared my pizza and other orders, she didn't bother to wear gloves at all as she coughed all the time. Better take an off rather than giving flu to every customer

Incredibly displeased with the service. I was sent a coupon for a free medium pizza after waiting over an hour for the last order. We tried to place the order at the SAME Papa John's we had ordered delivery from the previous time, and were told delivery was not available to our address. Then I attempted to call the store and the phone rang for several minutes, then the call was disconnected. This happened three times. Very poor customer service.
