If I could give zero stars I would. The location is dine-in til 11pm, I walked 12 blocks and the door was locked. When I knocked a worker came to the door, and taking through the door, said they would let me in that they closed early. They said that if I walked through the drive-thru they wouldn’t serve me.
After I called an Uber to take me through the drive-thru, the cashier “Raphael d” was so rude. We got our food and it was cold, our tacos were pitiful. AVOID THIS TACO BELL

It has been modernized in appearance. They are constantly adding or changing menu which is a positive. Customer service is spotty with their set up that makes getting an order of food slow. Morning breakfast items are average.

Currently sitting in the drive thru with five cars in front of me. I've currently been here 19 minutes. I know this based on the time of the text message that came in as I pulled in line.

The person taking orders very nice. ...my order got messed up just a little bit though. Employee fixed mistake quickly. We were in drive through and there was alot of customers

They messed my food up. I got it remade but the Manager didn't apologize or nothing. I will continue to vist Brandit Pike and Harshman Rd. I will never go to the Brown st store again.
