The person to seat me said not even 2 words to me, did not look at me, and left before I even reached my chair. Greet time was long, appetizer took forever then dinner came RIGHT after. There was no concern that I didn't finish any of my drinks. (I literally had 3 barely touched glasses on my table at time of check it) the waiters shirt was wrinkled and came to cash us out when he should have been touching the table for any needs. Perhaps I had too high of expectations because all the different seats and table styles was confusing seeing how from the outside the place seemed so nice. I'm sure it's a decor style they are going for the but wine boxes in the dining area made me feel like I was in a stock room. I was also thrown off by the fact that there was no steak on the menu. I would call this place casual at best.

Amazing n varied selection of wines reasonably priced.
Multiple wine flights.
Full service restaurant and bar.
Menu includes multiple n unique apps.,sandwich, and full meals.
Comfortable seating with tables and couches.

Hidden gem with an awesome and relaxed atmosphere! If you enjoy wine this is the place to visit in Dayton. Staff were patient and helpful with explaining selections.

The owner of this establishment introduced me to sweet wine and I have now graduated to dry wine and cooking with wine because of them. The food is excellent and the ambiance is welcoming, yet classy. Also, today they had a lemon raspberry cheesecake as a new tester for the menu. It was palatable. Try this restaurant and you will have an amazing experience. Lastly, the owner is vested in the rebuilding of Dayton and giving back to the community. Support The Wine Gallery.
