I went there and the girl she was cusing me out all BC they wanted the 125 right up front and one of the lady's in the back told me I could do a payment I will never go back there again

Hello, my name is Tonya and I went to Dr. "T" to put a gold cross on my tooth. Let me tell you, it is nothing but the truth. I had the cross put on almost 20 years ago and it came off. Well to my surprise, I found out that it was not suppose to last that long. Well Dr. "T" took his time, figured it out and put it back on, did a wonderful job too might I add. He and his staff were so wonderful. The atmosphere was great. so if you want great service with a smile, please visit Dr. "T" and his staff at Creative Smiles by Dr. "T" and Fastbraces.

Horrible experience. We waited for 3 hours, he slapped my son, he smacked me on the rear end, complained about his divorce and custody issues. Because he is the only one geographically near that takes my kids insurance, I scheduled routine cleanings again. The cleaning machine broke, but no one called me, my kids missed school for that visit and yet I still rescheduled. Then this morning they had an appointment, but I've had such a hard time with them, I knew to call myself. And guess what... the cleaning machine is still broken! They were "going to call me this morning" but I beat them to it was the excuse. They could have called me yesterday so I could have done other things with my morning instead of put everything off till Friday. I would recommend avoiding this dentist if it all possible. He's cheap, but you barely what you pay for. I'd rather drive an hour.

Worst place I've ever been to horrible customer service had an appointment at 2 o'clock didn't get seen or spoken to until 6 PM and still don't even know who the doctor was. Decided to get up and leave with my son i will never go there again and definitely will never recommend anyone to go this place Very rude
