I stopped in on a Sunday, with chest and head congestion. The staff were courteous and professional. The waiting time was reasonable, and services were quickly administered by staff. I have no complaints and return if I need medical again. I like my personal physician but it is good to have an alternative for weekends and holidays.

We were traveling from outside of Atlanta, GA and my boyfriend kept complaining about his ear hurting so we took him to this urgent care. We waited for about 2 hours for the doctor to just come in for 5 minutes and tell him it was "acute swimmers ear" being in the summer this isn't uncommon okay fine. He prescribed ear drops so I put them in his ear 3 times a day like it says. 2-3 days later he has not felt any better so when we got back home I made an appointment for his normal doctor and they ended up diagnosing him with a double ear infection (left side, the side he had been complaining about. on the inside and outside of the ear) and an inner infection of the right ear that hadn't really been bothering him. If you are in Daytona, I recommend not going here $75 just for the wrong diagnosis and a poor job of examining it properly.

If I was able to give negative stars I would. There is nothing urgent about this place. The drs had to be at the bottom of their class. I took my son there for breathing issues. They told me it was just a cold. The same night, I drove a hr to the Florida hospital for kids and my son ended being admitted for 5 days for pneumonia and slight asthma!!! Thank goodness I went and got a second opinion before it got worst. They only care about collecting deductibles. I do NOT recommend this urgent care to no one!!!!!

I was on a trip with our church and my daughter was sick. At the last minute, I decided to take her to an urgent care and this one was about 5 minutes from where we were staying. It was maybe 1/2 an hour before they closed so I was worried they wouldn't see us. Not only did they see us, they reassured us that they were happy to help and even had the medicine in house. They were friendly and super helpful! We were back on the road with medicine in 30 minutes!!
