The hotel interior is dark, damp, and generally aged. There was a point where the floor in front of the wall mounted air conditioner had soaked the carpet. The air conditioning in my room was either faulty or simply failed to circulate air satisfactorily at all. The gasket on my refrigerator was broken, which propped the door open and didn't allow the interior to cool. Despite my letting the staff know this, it went unfixed for my three night stay. There's a 24 hour "fitness" area that's a broom closet with three cardio machines and a weight instrument that's straight out of a 90s fitness infomercial. Absolutely abysmal, and as always, hot. Breakfast was fine. Powdered eggs and processed meats with a waffle maker and fruits, cereals, and breads.

Overall a nice hotel, rooms were clean and nice hot breakfast items each morning. Great coffee, USA today newspaper. The landscaping was overgrown and needed some attention but it appeared there was someone on the property tending to it so it should improve over time.

We could not figure out how the shower worked but one of the staff showed us. I also pointed out the plug in the bathroom seemed faulty. The hair dryer plug kept falling out and the light kind of flickered when you hit the switch, especially when the hair dryer was plugged in. The hotel staff mentioned it probably needed tightened. I just think the outlet is worn out and needs replaced. It was not repaired during our 4 night stay but I made do and just plugged the hair dryer on the opposite side of the bathroom wall so it worked. Bathroom was kind of small for just two of us but the room and hotel suited our needs and we would stay there again. We could hear hotel guests above us talking (not being rowdy) but I guess the floors are not well insulated or they had the door open upstairs. We did not report the problem and it was only for one night.

Very convenient to I95. BW was clean, however it does show it's age. Staff was very cordial. The pool the largest I have ever seen at a motel was a big attraction as we're the tennis courts.
Will stay there again if in the area.

For an older property, the rooms and overall hotel are in excellent condition and been redone in very good taste. While we didn't use the pool, it is very large due to its original resort status. Much nicer that most other value-chain hotel pools. Also, the nightly room rate was an excellent value and the staff was very helpful..

I saw this hotel frequently with such a fantastic price and often considered it when I was down in the area. I knew my summer plans led me down to that area, and decided to book it. So glad I did! I especially LOVED the pool, and we had a great room overlooking the court yard (which was beautiful by the way) and the olympic size pool was AMAZING, with water fountains and a nice walk way around it. I felt safe and relaxed staying there, and will definitely will again. I DO recommend it to all those travelers out there looking for a safe, clean hotel and economical hotel as well. Thank you!
