Their inability to properly write an insurance policy cost me $10,000. I wouldn't buy a renter's policy from this company.

I have been with this company for a while and I'm very sorry to say that over the last 12 months customer service has gone from friendly and helpful to horribly unhelpful and literally unresponsive! Whatever staff changes were made were big mistakes!! I've put in a request to change offices/agents.

My family has been doing business with the Daytona Beach Brightway office for a number of years. We are very happy with the customer service they have provided. The agents are nice and are available most of the time when I call. I am confident that my family has the best value and most affordable auto and homeowners insurance available in the market.
