Seems like most ask questions... they refer us to their "1-800 Customer Service Department."
Still searching for a [DECENT] insurance coverage / company - while currently covered through "GEICO."

I started my auto policy with this office more than 5 years ago and have had outstanding service from day 1 and my rate has only change five dollars in that time. I've changed vehicles, changed my address and have my new homeowners insurance with them as well. Its also great having a local representative to help me with any questions.

Raise rates for no reason, wants to charge 1200 every 6 months for a 4k car just because of a ticket. No accidents, no prior claims in the 10 years ive been with them. They will not work with you. Will be looking into other companies next cycle.

Good price until you get a flat and use your roadside assistance. then have to explain your accent with other insurance companies! it is a flat for roadside, not an accident. unbelievable!!!!!! stay away from them.
