CVS Pharmacy

We have been using CVS Pharmacy for years and we were always happy with them until we moved here and started using this CVS. The pharmacist and staff has always been rude. Even after almost a year of trying to be loyal customers (where our family can get our prescriptions at one place so the pharmacist knows exactly what we all take every month) and seeing the same people behind the counter they have never been nice or cordial. I have no idea why it took us months to realize they will always be rude and for us to go someplace else. Guess I had high hopes. We switched to Publix and it's like night and day. They were extremely nice and helpful and our prescriptions were filled quickly. A far cry from what CVS is capable of doing. Because of this CVS I can say we won't step foot in CVS again.

Horrible disgruntled staff. Swearing and complaining about customers. Ill give them that the customers that walked in while i was there looked as if they needed a tetanus shot staff should act more professional.

Every time I shop here staff has been friendly and helpful.

A manager recommend just to go to Walgreens because he was lazy even after we waited well over 20 minutes to have are photos print. Plus he said it's not my fault you waited. Corporate knows but I'm going to prusue him being fired.
