My facility uses this pharmacy and I've been in other facilities that have been their customers as well, going back to 2010. The only good thing I have to say about them is their customer service is acceptable. I've had them send me the wrong meds, wrong dose or even meds to a PT that doesn't even exist! (they misread the name on the RX). They aren't timely with delivery and often don't notify if a RX is going o become expired. their drivers have to use their own personal vehicle and they're not compensated for gas, or wear and tear. Too often were told a med is too early to refill (erroneously), but then they will send 5 cards of another script that we don't even need, because the pt doesn't even take them. they just want the to get paid. that's it
