Double D is a nasty old woman she is very rude and attitudish! She thinks she can talk to people anyway she feels, she has spider webs all in her restaurant she's always warming up her food in the microwave it is frozen never fresh but yet she calls it soul food!!!! Stay far away from that place I would not recommend it she is very rude and jealous of Bethune Grill!!! She charges you between 15-30 dollars for dinners depending on the sides that she warms up Never eat there!!!!

Double D has been in business for 29 years and counting. The owner has served many patrons during this time; ensuring that each customer was completely satisfied with the food and service regardless of their cultural or racial background. Cultural Diversity is welcomed into this small quaint "Southern Moms Shop". The food is cooked fresh daily, NOTHING is served from a can. The owner prides herself in knowing that every morsel that is served…. was uniquely prepared for each individuals enjoyment and satisfaction.
I highly recommend this restaurant to satisfy your cravings for Soul Food and down home “Southern Hospitality”.

Awful service didn't even eat here the lady seemed like she didn't want to serve me because I was white. Really rude lady
