The staff and management were incredibly friendly, the cooks enjoy whistling and singing along with the radio. Very positive environment. I do work in hundreds of restaurants in Florida, and Five Guys has a company-wide commitment to cleanliness and food safety that is second to none. Every location in the country receives surprise audits quarterly by a third-party food safety company. This company is exceptionally strict: they make an inspection from the state health department seem like a social visit. Anything less than a perfect score is addressed immediately. Back to topic, I enjoyed lunch at the Daytona Beach location today. The tomato I was served was the prettiest tomato I have eaten all year, and the french fries were by far the best french fries I have had from any Five Guys location. Great work!

The food is always good. This visit, the staff is playing some sort or R&B station. Fair enough. What is obnoxious is they're singing and whistling loudly to it. We don't need to be serenaded. If we come back and hear this music playing again, we will eat elsewhere.

Excellent burgers and dogs. Love the extra toppings at no charge. I only wish the prices were more in line with reason. Let's face it, Five Guy's makes for an expensive meal. I would return more often if I could afford to go.
