Food is bland with no flavor. Yes they are fast but I'd rather have them spend a little more time and make something that actually tastes good. Also while I'm eating there one of the staff decided to change out a poster on the walk and to access it, he jumped up and walked on the counter where food is served and didn't wipe it down when he got down. You should probably invest in a ladder since for one it would be a lot safer. Would only go back if it was the only place to eat.

Solid sandwiches, fresh tasting, worth grabbing lunch. Definitely easy for on the go.

Ordered a tuna sandwich today, extra tuna. Unfortunately the extra tuna was forgotten. Called into the restaurant and spoke with the manager who was exceptionally nice and said he would personally make me a new one and have it right out! Also both delivery drivers were super nice! Great customer service! Thanks Jimmy Johns!

Yes the food is a good quality and yes service is freaky fast. But... The midi freaky thing about this business is the way they treat PEOPLE. If you're not white and look like you make 30,000 a year or more they treat you freaky horrible. Also I can not conceive how a multi million dollar company can turn a person down for a sandwich. Company policy or not a human being that can look into a hungry persons eyes and turn them away with nothing has never known how it is to simply try to exist and stay alive or go to sleep hungry. I will not spend one more penny with this company. If you have compassion for people less blessed than yourself plz let Jimmy John's know how you feel and spend your money at a more worthy establishment
