Food was great. Service was terrible. We had about 20 people. It took us 2 hours to get our food. Should have had more waitresses. Our waitresses was wonderful. After she served the food she refill water and got everything we needed. Thank you.

Our meal and service tonight could not have been more impressive. From our server Jeisen to the extremely prompt service of scrumptious seafood cooked perfectly. Will be enjoying plenty of leftovers of the Ultimate Feast and a piece of decedent chocolate cake. ❤️🦐

Horrible. Worst restaurant experience in years actually. We ordered Sangria and an appetizer, I don't know if they just have bad kitchen people right now or what but the calamari was not good. Neither was the sangria. The waitress didn't bring water or anything. We had to ask for biscuits. We ordered a lobster pizza and kid meal for our son. 30 minutes later.... nothing. No "how is everything?" No rest of the stuff we ordered. I told the waitress please get the check for what we had so we can leave. Then a manager comes out with a lobster pizza. Too late buddy, we are ready to go. He goes to get our check. Didn't ask how was it or anything. Then a Different waitress comes with the kids meal. Nope, Ready To Go. It takes another 15 minutes to get us change. That's the only time in my entire life I've not tipped a waitress. But all of that was just super bad.

This was my first visit to this Red Lobster. The salad was amazing....
I ordered the lunch special where you get to choose 2 kinds of shrimp. I ordered 2 shrimp scampi( One of my favorites).The shrimp scampi was under cooked, I had the server take it back to get it cooked longer. Then I had changed the shrimp all together because it still looked under cooked. I ordered the grilled shrimp skewers and they only brought me1 order. When I mentioned that I had 2 orders the server acted like she didn't know.
As a server myself working in food service, you should not forget what your customers ordered. Especially If there is an issue with the meal.
Will not return to this Red Lobster...
