The worst service I have ever had. I work extremely hard to have the insurance that I have and don't get much time off. Even after making a scheduled appointment I have to sit for well over an hour when the waiting room is empty, just to get a refil, and pay them $100 for the experience. I'd love to say this was a one off occasion but it's every time. I have verbalized my concerns and nothing changes. I have given this place several chances but when you have to plan a whole half a day to see someone for 5 minutes.... nope. Sorry, but I am looking for another provider.

I LOVE the 3 Dr's I've seen here over the years. HOWEVER, the wait is a killer!
I have seen today 3 ppl seeing the same Dr, get seen before me and I was here first.
They take walkins over your appt. Every time my wait is about 2hrs!! So, you may love your Dr.... but plan on staying a few hours if your lucky.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Was admitted and seen by a doctor in about 30 minutes to an hour. I was severely Ill with Pneumonia but didn't know it yet. Doctor suspected a few things but ran a blood test first, recommended I wait for the test and then take his advice from there. They called me an hour after I'd left, suggested I go to an ER. Good thing I did, I went next door to the Wise Hospital. All of my information was immediately sent to the ER and I was treated from there. Two days later they called me up to check on me and see if I'd in fact went to the ER, and to see how I was doing and if the treatment I was on was working. They told me if there was anything to call them back. Everyone was friendly and good at their jobs.

Will not be going there again. whenever i schedule an appointment i end up seeing a different dr. Good luck getting someone to call you back with test results. Tried calling several times only to be transferred to an answering machine. Dont bother leaving messages, they wont call you back. There are some good people there like Carla and a couple others but for the most part, this place is very unprofessional.

Honestly I feel bad posting this because there are a few women there that kick butt and know what they are doing, but overall this place is a madhouse. I've never waited less than an hour to be seen with an appointment!! And test results are a joke, good luck getting them to call you. You have to call a million times and the person giving you your results has no clue what they are talking about and have to keep putting you on hold to talk to someone else...super unprofessional!!!! very unorganized!!! Hire some people with experience! get a better system! I felt like cattle!! Will never be going back here again! And they definitely push for more unnecessary appointments!
