Every time I ask for 'fresh gallon of tea I get soured tea?the empolyes refuse to make me a fresh gallon ,I get tea every other day ,at this moment I'll get my tea somewhere else very bad customer serive

Good food nice workers. Takes a while to make food,if you go at night not the best food. Didn't see workers wearing gloves

When the chicken is cold they throw it back in the fryer to warm it up....yummy

My first trip was very pleasant..The employees were super nice,the service was great and the food was very good.
My second trip was around 8 p.m. on a Sunday night and the employees were working really hard but all frowning and not very friendly, probably from exhaustion. The food was good as usual but the service was lacking and we waited for about 45 minutes on our food to go for 2 people.. I would recommend Chicken Express to others over KFC any day just my opinion.

GOOD FOOD, AND GREAT STAFF
BUT MEN'S URINAL IN RESTROOM HAS BEEN OUT OF OPERATION FOR AT LEAST SINCE LAST OCT OR NOVEMBER AND THIS TIME TOWELS WERE OUT.........NEED TO ASSIGN A WORKER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESTROOMS......WIFE SAID LADIES ROOM WAS MESSY ALSO..............BUT GREAT FOOD, BEEN STOPPING THERE SINCE IT OPENED
