We waited one hour for a table. There was not even standing room in the lobby. We went down the street to have a drink and patiently wait. They called our table and proceeded to give the table away after 5 minutes (we got there in 7). There are no reservations for parties less than five. I thought this situation was deeply frustrating and something that I would not sign up for a second time. To be fair we were seated quickly afterwards and the subsequent service and food was good. This interaction set the tone for our meal and reduced the quality of our experience. I think offering a mildly longer window to claim a table is reasonable considering it was snowing, we were in the way of the door waiting, and we hustled back from the place down the street. I am not clear what the business expected us to do in this scenario.

Great portions, great flavor, if I could make all my meals like this I would eat this food everyday. The food is well worth the price, and a great selection of new and exciting food to choose from. Will definitely come back when I return to Denver 👍

The food is always delicious. You won't realize it is vegan and dairy free! The wait staff is super friendly and helpful with their suggestions. Great atmosphere, you can be dressed up or dressed down. Doesn't matter!

We went by there today for Happy hour and sadly stood at the door waiting to be seated for over five minutes. The tall female bartender even looked at us twice and said nothing. We finally had to leave and call the group to go elsewhere. The lobby was awesome. I recommend it.

The food was good but the service was very slow. We went on a Saturday, expecting it to be busy. It was my birthday, and we planned on having lunch and seeing a movie with a specific showtime because my partner had to work later that night. As a vegan I wanted to be able to go to a restaurant where I could just order off the menu without having to make a lot of amendments on food that still might not be made correctly. I had heard a lot of good things about this place, and thought it would be fun to try somewhere new. We gave ourselves an hour and a half for lunch, expecting to be able to make our movie time without any problems. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait, which would still leave a good amount of time for the food, so we decided to wait and did not try to go somewhere else. We waited 30 minutes before getting seated at a table that had been empty the entire time we were waiting. It then took another 30 minutes before we got our food. The food was pretty good, but everything took too long and ruined our later plans. The prices were not cheap, but I was expecting as much. The staff was young and hip and nice enough, not rude exactly, but not what I would consider excellent customer service either. So, go here if you want to spend some money on some good vegan food, but don't go when you're already hungry or when you have plans for after.
