I was just there two weekends ago and I was not happy when my friend and I got there. it was ladies night we both were charged 5 dollars a piece.....there was a girl that was a friend of ours. She was right behind us in line she didn't have to pay a cover and she got a drink cup. so I didn't think it was right that she got in for free and got a drink cup and we didn't. I didn't know if it was because they chose random people. I didn't know it was ladies night until the bartender asked us where our cups were.Then my fiancé was there in a wheel chair and he had been sitting there a while and then they finally noticed him. there was only two people that was really taking care of people it seemed like. I used to like the place until that happened. Also the one bartender that I had was really kind and was helpful to me. I don't remember her name quite well. but I would like some kind of feedback. I would like to come again but not if that's how we are going to be treated. That is not how customers should be treated.

I had an unpleasant experience eating at Cowboys Saloon on a very slow Friday night. Our waitress was clearly overwhelmed with her two tables, didn't take our drink order until we had been sitting for 10 minutes. Someone else had to take our order. Once we finally got our food is was very disappointing. The steak is better at Applebee's and a lot cheaper. The bottom bun on my burger was so soggy I had to ask the hostess for a new one because our waitress was nowhere to be found. Nothing about this restaurant is made from scratch. When the manager received my feedback on our meal and service, he said he "didn't know how to respond." We will definitely not be returning. Poor leadership leads to poor service.

I HATE writing bad reviews but unfortunately it's time to give this place a review. We used to go here all the time when it was Toby Keith's! Loved it! Since- we have been back 3 times to eat and each time it takes at least 30 minutes to get the food, the food is not very good tasting, and the waiters never come back to refill drinks/take plates away. We have tried this place 3 different times all to be disappointed! It really stinks as this place has TONS of potential!!!! It is a fun place to hang out on a Friday night as we do often but the food and service is a complete disappointment :(. Tonight at kids night was the last time we will be dining here! We miss Toby Keith's! :(

I had my wedding after party here just last night. My wife, our friends, and I had such a great time. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate with a toast, they gave us our own little section of tables for free, and the DJ played us our own song to dance to for our first dance. They played great music, had dance lessons, and the band playing that night was awesome. I would definitely recommend anybody else go here for a fun night out. I know I will become an avid customer.
