A lovely hidden gem in the heart of northern highlands/Berkley. Don't let the construction around the neighborhood deter you. The beer is strong and satisfying. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is a patio that provides privacy and a pleasant ambiance. Eldon was our server and pointed us to some delicious choices and offered knowledgeable recommendations for a group who knows nothing about craft beer. (Follow signs on Main Street to the entrance)

This place is kind of an enigma to me. Definitely more of niche place which seems to specialize in high alcohol European and Belgian styles. It's one of those places that will have an IPA on because the demand is so high that they pretty much have to. Judging the beers I have had there on multiple occasions, they are solid and definitely unique. I could see certain customers loving their style but it just isn't for everyone. I myself, prefer more modest ABV levels and drinkability which should not be mistaken for being a macro lager drinker. Again, I must state this is a cool little place that will be hit or miss for most depending on what your tastes are like.

While these guys have the most unassuming entrances, they are one of the most underrated breweries in Denver! They brew mostly high ABV Belgians and do some wine blending. Great place to quietly catch a sports game. Support your local brewer!
