Dr. Mills was very detailed about silly things and very irresponsilbe about important issues on several occasions. She would go from calm to raging if questioned about making a mistake or an opinion challenged. If someone is a Psychiatrist, admitting a mistake should be a skill learned in Psych 101 and opinions from clients should be encouraged.
