Have wandered into the Oneida location a few times only to be disappointed each time. The staff comes across as unwelcoming (especially the woman the works behind the counter on the rec side). Bud is usually mediocre and the prices are nothing to get excited about as well. This location will also sell you edibles that are about to expire in a few days and fail to mention in. Overall I will definitely not be returning to this shop in the future.

The are sooo expensive

There’s better store cross of the street!!

I was in town visiting for vacation. Stopped in and was helped by Antonio. Was pleasant and informative about everything, and respectively suggestive to my interests. Will visit again.

Went in today to get some herb, I have had positive experiences and was looking forward to buying my medicine. The managers are FANTASTIC and really they are why I became a member in the first place. But today a gentlemen who I have to assume is the owner interrupted my interaction with the manager to yell at her for not paying enough attention to customers. It was as confusing as it was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional and it deeply makes me consider moving my membership. I wish I could rate the staff by themselves because they don't deserve a low rating, and the products are reasonable quality for the reasonably low prices, but I'm not sure I want to support an owner that treats his staff that way in public or privately.
