Renaissance Denver Downtown Hotel

The value is poor. 250 a night and they still require you to pay 25-45 a night for parking. If you need parking, do a little research before coming out, you can usually find it in the 15 a night range.

Beds are mediocre at best, sound deadening is terrible for such an upscale place. I got about 3 hours of sleep last night thanks to hearing every single door open/close that happened in the hallway. Didn't matter if people hushed their voices (awful nice of them to do so though), as pretty much every sound is let in.

Service is prompt, shower and facilities are clean and well kept. Just not a great value at all.

I'd give it 3 stars, but they put a 225 dollar charge on my card for 'incidentals' which they refused to remove. This is after the room was already paid for completely. Tell me, what am I going to potentially do to acquire these charges? To me, this is straight up abuse of my card, and I want nothing to do with a chain that does this kind of thing. I considered staying here a few more days, but after seeing this... yeah, no thanks.

I come to Denver pretty regularly and this hotel has become my favorite. The staff is superb and the accomodations are fantastic. I love the history of a bank made into a hotel that kept the vaults but turned them into meeting rooms. There's so much history I wish walls could talk! If you can't stay here at least come for a drink at the "Teller Bar."

The people were so friendly. Everyone there was eager to help with what ever we needed. I loved the personality of the building. So much character being an old bank. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely check out the food in the restaurant and the little coffee shop. All in all, a great place to stay!!.

Whether its the incredible lobby, to the nuances each room has, this hotel is not only intriguing but welcoming and warm. the lobby is used for social events such as live music and featured artists presenting their work in the lobby its an awesome space filled with riches. The old vaults on the lower lobby are utilized as conference spaces which make for a unique experience. The Staff is this hotels greatest strength, "Navigators" as they are called are local guides who help and encourage you to explore what the city has to offer, Their suggestions are always spot on. And since the hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city it only takes a handful of minutes to get to the best of what the city has to offer. It is often said love is in the details, and this hotel definitely shows how much they love and appreciate their guests and anyone who walks through those sliding doors.

We stayed here one night when we were in Denver. The staff was friendly and accommodating and our room had a nice city view. The bed in our room was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We were able to see Union Station in the distance. This hotel is located downtown and is a convenient walk to all in the downtown area. It also is in a converted bank and the beautiful lobby shows it. I would definitely stay here the next time I go to Denver.
