The Crawford Hotel at Union Station is a great experience. The atmosphere is very lovely and active, and you feel like you are in the middle of it all. It is also close to excellent restaurants and activities. Union Station is one of my favorite places. We stayed in a Pullman room. In keeping with the theme of the room, they are narrow and the bed is against a wall on one side. The rooms are nicely appointed and show wonderful attention to detail. They also have a little sitting area. The bathroom is also very well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay at the Crawford.

I would like to edit this post to say that the Crawford Office Manager responded favorably after posting my initial review. I appreciate the effort to repair my disappointment.
So very disappointed in this hotel. My review would have been different but I believe having been in customer service my entire career that communication is key to developing and maintaining relationships. No customer service at all in this situation. I left a blouse in the closet and called immediately after checking out. I was directed to an online form and despite emailing 3 different times, received no acknowledgment or offer of assistance. The blouse was new and had never been worn but it was more disappointing to just totally be ignored...very disappointed. If I could have posted this without a star, I would have...

Beautiful rooms with very high ceilings. (probably close to 20ft) historical setting in a very active and lively part of downtown. Fun atmosphere and a comfortable stay. The hotel offers free ice cream among other nest little perks. Complimentary Tesla to take you anywhere within two miles of the hotel. It's not the most quite hotel in the world but it isn't something that guests should be worried about when booking.

Such a lovely experience with the Crawford! So so so pet loving, gave the doggo a bed and some treats, and his new favorite porcupine toy. The room was very clean and the bed was probably the comfiest I've ever slept in. The resort fee was not a wasted fee as you get free ice cream! (And beer and coffee and discounted drinks but ice cream! 🍦😍)

One of my favorite places to stay in Denver. Tons of charm and convenience being right inside Union Station and the rooms are well kept, nicely appointed and pretty spacious. Great for working downtown or a weekend getaway, and love the food and cocktails at the Mercantile in the station.
