Very good customer service. Marcy takes ownership for issues and goes above and beyond. She even contacted my new HOA on my behalf to get details on the coverage I needed and found out the HOA covered much more than I thought, saving me quite a bit of money on my homeowners policy.

We’ve been with the Smith Agency for a couple of years now. The rates are competitive and the customer service is great. Marcy is very knowledgeable and attentive.

Marcy and her team are super awesome! I filed a claim online and they assisted through the process and made sure if there was anything I needed, they were there to help! Highly recommended and stop by to say hi to them, they don't bite!

In May we had a terrible hailstorm in the middle of the city. I had an adjuster here the Monday after I called on Friday, and I had the money to begin working on repairs within a few hours of the adjuster being here. I watched all my neighbors moan about not being able to get help in a timely manner, and wished they could have as good an experience as I was having with Allstate. Thanks!
