Talk about customer service and old time values. Steve and Laura have been my insurance agents as long as I can remember and they have always given top notch service, bu yesterday Steve just blew my mind. I emailed him and Laura asking for 4 quotes at 6:30am. I took the day off and wanted to register my new (to me) car and asked him to try to get it done before 10:00am. Within 20 minutes (6:50) he responded to me and I picked the one I wanted and he emailed me my insurance cards. WOW! Now don't expect that type of service 24/7, but you never know. Steve & Laura, you have a customer for life.
